Nagarjun Karnatakam was officially appointed as the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) for Rotaract District 3160 during the NAVODAYA event on June 30 2024, at Reddla Kalyana Mandapam, Yerraguntla Road, Proddatur.

On July 13, 2024, the new Rotaract Club of Gulbarga Youth was installed . The event was attended by the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) and the District Rotaract Secretary (DRS).
FIDE 100 Guinness World Records Attempt
FIDE invited federations, chess organizers, clubs, and players to help set a Guinness World Record with at least one million games played in 24 hours! The attempt was organised on July 20, the date FIDE officially turns 100.
Each One Plant One
In an inspiring move towards environmental conservation, Rotaract 3160 launched the "Each One Plant One" initiative. The campaign, aimed at combating climate change and promoting sustainability, encouraged members to plant trees and contribute to a greener future.
Blood Donation & Grouping
The Rotaract Club of SRIT significantly aided the community's well-being by hosting a Blood Donation and Grouping Camp. This event garnered great success, engaging both students and faculty members actively. Over 50 individuals participated in the event.
Felicitation for DRR by Andhra Chess Association at Vizag
Rotaract 3160 successfully arranged the FIDE 100 Guinness World Record event in celebration of International Chess Day. Following the event's triumph, the Andhra Chess Association which is affiliated with AICF (All India Chess Federation), honored Nagarjun Karanatak DRR for his valuable contributions at the Waltair Club in Vizag on 11-08-2024
Medical Camp at Rayachoty
On the 13th of August, Rotaractors participated in a free medical camp organized by Rotary in Rayachoty. This event united volunteers to provide healthcare services such as consultations and medications to the community.
Chess Tournament at Kurnool
On August 26, 2024, Rtr. Nanda Kishore, the Sports and Cultural Director, hosted the Kurnool District Open Chess Tournament at the INDUS MONTESSORI SCHOOL - MINDS campus, featuring around 585 participants. Rtr. Teja DRS was present at the event.

Project Gurukul
Through the Guruku initiative by RSAMDIO, which aims to improve educational opportunities, DRR has provided a fee scholarship of Rs. 65,000. This program covers the annual fee of six deserving students.
